Delete Your Kovrra Talent Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data in Kovrra Talent, the candidate mobile app published by Kiuni Inc. on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Delete in the Kovrra Talent app (fastest)

Sign in to the Kovrra Talent app on your phone or tablet.
Open More → App Settings → Delete account.
Type DELETE to confirm, enter your password if you use email login, then tap Delete my account.

Or request deletion by email

Send an email from the address linked to your Kovrra Talent account to privacylead@kovrra.com.
Use the subject line: Kovrra Talent Account Deletion Request.
Include your full name and the email address you use to sign in to the app.
Optionally include your phone number if it is on your profile, to help us verify your identity.
We will confirm your request by email and complete deletion within 30 days (or sooner when possible).

What we delete

When your deletion request is approved and processed, we delete or anonymize your Kovrra Talent candidate account and associated data, including:

Account credentials and profile information (name, email, phone, mailing address)
Job application responses and screening form data stored in your candidate profile
Messages sent through the app between you and recruiters (inbox, sent, and trash)
Uploaded files such as résumés, cover letters, and onboarding documents tied to your account
Push notification tokens (FCM) registered for your devices
Biometric unlock preferences stored for the app on your device (you can also remove these by uninstalling the app)

What we may keep

Some records may be retained when required by law, contract, or legitimate business needs. This can include:

Employment and hiring records already shared with a security employer or recruiting organization you applied to or joined (those organizations may retain copies under their own policies)
Signed offer letters, onboarding packets, or compliance documents where retention is required for payroll, tax, licensing, or legal obligations
Audit, security, and fraud-prevention logs (for example, sign-in timestamps or IP addresses) kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized
Backup copies that are automatically purged on our normal backup rotation schedule (typically within 90 days)

Request data deletion without deleting your account

If you want some or all of your personal data removed but wish to keep your Kovrra Talent account active, follow these steps:

Email privacylead@kovrra.com from the address on your account.
Use the subject line: Kovrra Talent Data Deletion Request.
Describe which data you want deleted (for example: a résumé, a message thread, phone number, or mailing address).
We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.

Data we can remove on request while keeping your account may include profile fields, uploaded documents, and in-app messages. Some hiring or compliance records shared with an employer may still be retained by that organization or where required by law — see What we may keep above.
